Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Project Foreman to join our team at Pierson Wireless Corp. As a Project Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and installing cellular and public safety systems, leading on-site teams, including subcontractors and internal field teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the installation of In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell systems.
- Supervise on-site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with various teams for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct RF surveys, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience.
- OSHA certification, Anritsu certification, and fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Ability to work in varied work environments and handle physical demands.
