Job Responsibilities

  • Effective application of project management skills applied to capital projects.
  • Lead project scope development to identify core problems and effective solutions.
  • Manage several projects simultaneously in different phases of completion.
  • Provide engineering technical assistance to the facility's staff as needed.
  • Manage capital projects from conceptual design to facility startup and training.
  • Develop bid packages and manage construction and equipment bidding process.
  • Track project expenditures to complete projects within authorized budgets.
  • Adhere to engineering policies and standards used within the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering or combination of technical degree with relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a process engineer or in a related role.
  • Experience with grain storage, handling, cleaning and blending systems preferred.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team building skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
