Job Responsibilities
- Effective application of project management skills applied to capital projects.
- Lead project scope development to identify core problems and effective solutions.
- Manage several projects simultaneously in different phases of completion.
- Provide engineering technical assistance to the facility's staff as needed.
- Manage capital projects from conceptual design to facility startup and training.
- Develop bid packages and manage construction and equipment bidding process.
- Track project expenditures to complete projects within authorized budgets.
- Adhere to engineering policies and standards used within the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering or combination of technical degree with relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a process engineer or in a related role.
- Experience with grain storage, handling, cleaning and blending systems preferred.
- Project management experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team building skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
