Job Description
Match Education is currently seeking a dedicated Pre-K Paraprofessional for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a Pre-K Paraprofessional, you will work closely with the lead teacher in one of our Pre-K classrooms to create a positive and structured learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in instructional activities and classroom tasks.
- Support individual students to ensure comprehension of assignments.
- Communicate regularly with teachers and parents on student progress.
- Maintain high academic and behavioral standards for students.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience, especially in early childhood education.
- Ability to anticipate and address student needs effectively.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
