Job Description
Welcome to Hawthorne Court, a Leisure Care community where we strive to bring joy and purpose to the lives of older adults. We are currently looking for a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the Plant Supervisor in various plant operations tasks, including interior and exterior maintenance, groundskeeping, event coordination, and assisting with maintenance in resident apartments and common areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide interior and exterior maintenance of the community according to company standards.
- Assist in coordinating community events.
- Support maintenance activities in resident apartments and common areas.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Experience working with seniors and state/local agencies for inspections is beneficial.
