Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers (PCA | CNA) to join our team at Charter Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our residents in a professional and respectful manner. This position offers flexible weekend shifts and the opportunity to earn a $100 monthly bonus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the well-being of residents by providing assistance with daily activities.
- Follow care plans and attend to residents' needs under the direction of the supervisor.
- Offer emotional and social support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Document daily care activities accurately and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High tolerance for handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- CPR/First Aid certification may be required.
