Patient Care Assistant (Homeless Services)

Job Description

Maryhaven, Inc., Central Ohio’s premier behavioral services provider, is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team dedicated to serving the homeless population. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the Lead PCA at Maryhaven's Engagement Center, offering support, monitoring client well-being, assisting with documentation, and organizing program activities.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor client behavior and emotional status.
• Assist clinical staff with chart documentation and communication.
• Organize and implement program activities and events.
• Schedule meetings and provide safe transportation for clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Availability for second shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm.
