Job Description

TPC Twin Cities is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Operations Staff to join our team. Located in Blaine, Minnesota, our private par-72, 7,513-yard golf course, designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer, hosts the PGA TOUR's 3M Open. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring that their golf experience runs smoothly and is enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members, and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable golf experience at the club.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Assist in pulling all golf cars from the car facility and loading them on a golf cart.
• Provide members and guests with thoroughly cleaned and well-stocked cars, and maintain the Golf Car Facility in an orderly manner.
• Service the practice facility, ensuring ample supply of practice facility balls and keeping the area clean.
• Ensure that all club rules are followed by members and guests.
• Perform periodic car maintenance and minor special repairs.
• Assist members and guests as they depart from the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

This position requires interacting with a variety of outdoor weather conditions. It is very active and requires lifting, pulling, or pushing up to or over 25 pounds, and moving items with awkward weights. Specific vision abilities are required. Compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations is essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience working in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent.
