Outpatient Clinician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinician to join CareLink Community Support Services located in Norristown, PA/ Media, PA. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family-based clinical interventions using evidence-based approaches in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and bio-psychosocial evaluations based on DSM V criteria.
• Provide therapy for assigned cases in accordance with treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with clear goals and measurable interventions.
• Participate in supervision sessions, training programs, and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of Evidenced-based treatments and interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Essential Functions

• Produce required billing objectives and maintain documentation.
• Develop and monitor member recovery/treatment plans.
• Complete progress notes and required forms accurately and timely.
• Adhere to agency policies, HIPAA requirements, and professional standards.
• Contribute to agency objectives and mission with a positive attitude.

Other Functions

• Adapt to miscellaneous work assignments as required.
• Support HRST completion, treatment team meetings, and transition plans.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift at least twenty pounds and sit for prolonged periods.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
