Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As an essential part of our operations, you will support the smooth running of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring effective communication and administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively on behalf of management to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide general office support and maintain efficient filing systems.
  • Identify and report any irregularities in operations.
  • Conduct training sessions within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with team members and uphold confidentiality and security standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
