NURSING GRADUATE: ICU Step Down

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our ICU Step Down team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm, including a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and age-appropriate patient care, serving as an advisor and resource for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Act as a resource for patients and families, providing support and guidance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR certification.
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
