Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our ICU Step Down team at LifeBridge Health. As an essential part of the patient care team, you will provide safe and age-appropriate care, serve as an advisor for patients and families, and contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and quality patient care.
- Act as a resource for patients and their families.
- Participate in the Nurse Resident/New Grad Registered Nurse Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
