Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our ICU Step Down team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a day shift. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide safe and age-appropriate patient care, acting as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with best practices and established protocols.
- Act as a resource and support for patients and their families.
- Participate in the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with less than 1 year of experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
