Primary Role Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN)
The RN initiates and implements healthcare plans, performs nursing duties within the full scope of practice, and supervises nursing assistants to ensure compliance with regulations and facility guidelines.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The LPN participates in implementing healthcare plans for assigned residents, supported by the RN. They contribute to ongoing data collection efforts.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Active RN/LPN license in the state
- Current BLS CPR Certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
