We are looking for a Neuroscience Account Manager to join Lundbeck in Portland South, OR. As a part of our collaborative and patient-focused team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our CNS portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will be responsible for driving demand creation, providing clinical knowledge, and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.
- Develop and implement business plans, utilizing data-based insights.
- Deliver compelling messages to customers and address their educational needs.
- Develop customer engagement plans across various call points.
- Stay informed on market trends, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge.
- Demonstrate compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
- Experience in specialty product sales and CNS therapeutic areas.
- Documented successful sales performance and accountability for account plans.
- Strong analytical background and leadership skills.
Willingness/Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically for customer interactions and conferences.
