Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans and lead account strategies using digital tools and data insights.
  • Deliver compelling messages to customers, probe customer needs, and drive changes in behavior.
  • Engage key stakeholders across multiple call points and demonstrate expertise in the therapeutic area.
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and FDA regulations.


  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and living within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in specialty product sales force and promoting CNS products in primary care and specialty settings.
  • Documented successful sales performance and ownership of account plans.
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability to drive results in challenging markets.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% domestically for customer interactions and conferences.
