- Develop business plans and lead account strategies using digital tools and data insights.

- Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and FDA regulations.
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and living within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
- Experience in specialty product sales force and promoting CNS products in primary care and specialty settings.
- Documented successful sales performance and ownership of account plans.
- Strong analytical background and proven ability to drive results in challenging markets.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%-40% domestically for customer interactions and conferences.
