Job Description

As a Neuroscience Account Manager at Lundbeck, you will be part of a collaborative and patient-focused organization dedicated to restoring brain health. You will promote the CNS portfolio to primary care and specialty accounts, driving demand creation by providing clinical knowledge and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create business plans, develop strategies, and allocate resources to enhance sales performance.
  • Deliver compelling messages to customers, probe customer needs, and close calls with a commitment to action.
  • Build customer engagement plans and develop relationships with key stakeholders in various call points.
  • Gather market trends, apply therapeutic knowledge, and prioritize unique opportunities.
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues specific to the promoted portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for disease and product training exams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and living within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30%-40% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CNS product sales, especially in primary care and specialty settings.
  • Documented successful sales performance, including national sales awards.
  • Strong analytical background and experience in sales data reporting.
