Zillow Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly growing origination team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will have access to on-demand leads, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves originating mortgage loans, managing customer inquiries, building relationships with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Establish and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Analyze clients' needs and ensure compliance.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process.
• Maintain knowledge of available loan programs.

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses or working under a bank license.
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test completion.
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and client relationship management.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
