At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Member Experience Specialist (MES) who is passionate about creating an uplifting experience for our members and guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and ensuring the club is clean and well-organized. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members warmly, and provide clear direction, accurate information, and support.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and sign members up for personal training.
