Job Description

The Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to VASA Fitness members and guests during every visit. This role includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, ensuring timely problem reporting, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean environment. The MES team also plays a crucial role in creating a great first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and providing club tours to guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members warmly and provide clear direction, accurate information, and support through tools and technology.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, and sign members up for personal training.
• Share member feedback with leadership to continuously improve the overall member experience.
