Mechanical Maintenance at Waupaca Foundry, Inc.
Location: Tell City, IN
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is North America’s leading supplier of iron castings, dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team and help maintain our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Participate in the 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Work Instructions.
- Adjust machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform maintenance tasks including fabrication, machine repair, and installations.
Qualifications/Skills
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and more.
- Good oral communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
