Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain a secure living environment.
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
- Assist in groundskeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED; HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and insurance coverage.
- Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in various weather conditions.
