Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator II to join Keurig Dr Pepper's team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating assigned stations, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Shift & Schedule
This is a full-time position with multiple shift options, including 2nd shift (1:30pm to 10:00pm) and 3rd shift (9:30pm-6:00am) from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle line issues and empty cases.
- Train other operators on machinery usage.
- Perform Basic AM (CIL) activities.
- Ensure 5S standards are upheld.
- Conduct quality checks and set up equipment.
- Operate and monitor machinery, replenish materials, and maintain line quality.
- Record production data and maintain equipment cleanliness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of experience with high-speed machinery operation.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs.

- Compensation: Starting at $23.18 per hour, increasing to $24.39 per hour after 6 months.
