Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Driver with Crane License (NCCCO or CIC) to join Beacon Building Products, a Fortune 500 distributor of roofing materials and building products. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products.
What you will do:
- Handle and transport freight, including heavy materials
- Perform pre-inspections, load materials, and set up job sites for safe unloading
- Operate a knuckle boom crane truck for unloading
- Prioritize safety and maintain open communication with the dispatcher
- Report any potential hazards to management
What you will bring:
- Valid Class A/B CDL license with 12 months of commercial driving experience
- NCCCO & Crane Institute Certification
- Experience in crane operations, rigging, and outdoor work
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
