Job Description
New Western, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your real estate expertise and our resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties for our inventory. Responsibilities
- Identify undervalued properties and negotiate acquisitions.

- Utilize leads generated by our marketing team to source potential deals.

Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on a commission-based salary.
