Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
- Assist in nursing evaluations and care planning.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff members.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as a practical nurse or pending licensure.
- Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
