Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist PT in patient identification and referral to appropriate rehab services.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed in accordance with state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
