Job Description
We are looking for a passionate full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team at At Home Therapies, a part of Enhance Therapies. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT, ensuring quality care delivery.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in relevant state(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient treatment under PT supervision.
- Assist in patient identification and referral to appropriate rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely, in adherence to guidelines.
- Ensure MD orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges are obtained.
- Complete all necessary documentation as per state guidelines.
