Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT.
- Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab.
- Document patient's progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Complete all required documentation according to state guidelines.
