Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT), following state practice guidelines.
• Assist PT in patient assessment and rehabilitation referrals.
• Accurately document patient progress and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Obtain necessary medical orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• Current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
