Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents with professionalism and care, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Document and communicate effectively regarding resident care.
- Maintain confidentiality and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with medication management and ordering.
- Monitor medication supplies and address discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state.
- Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to engage in monthly in-service training.
- CPR certification is required.
- Successful background check is a condition of employment.
