Summary of Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing experience
- Knowledge of Onesite and Knock systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Basic to intermediate math skills
- Computer literacy
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and lease apartments following management guidelines
- Provide professional resident services
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Maximize occupancy and leasing revenue
- Conduct property tours and assist with applications
- Assist in resident events and move-out processes
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain data accuracy
