Lead Teacher at Keene Young Men's - Job Description
Are you passionate about caring for, nurturing, and mentoring children? Join our team at Keene Young Men's and become a Lead Teacher! In this role, you will provide direction for the childcare classroom, implement the program curriculum, and create a quality experience for children and parents focusing on core values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
Responsibilities:
- Implement curriculum guidelines
- Design and execute daily lesson/activity plans
- Supervise children and activities
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of each child
- Maintain positive parent relationships
- Attend and participate in program activities and staff training
Requirements:
- Meets NH state law educational and experience qualifications
- CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within 30 days
- Health form completion within 30 days
- 2+ years of experience in child development preferred
