Hornblower - City Experiences is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Cook to join our team in Norfolk, VA. As a vital part of our culinary operations, you will work alongside the Executive Chef to ensure high-quality food production and guest satisfaction on our cruises.

Responsibilities

• Act as the kitchen manager for cruises, overseeing kitchen staff and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering positive working relationships.
• Ensure seamless guest service and safety compliance during cruises.
• Manage costs, inventory, purchasing, and payroll for the kitchen operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• 1+ year of kitchen staff management experience.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and under extreme temperatures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
