Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Internet Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions and providing an excellent customer experience. Your role will include simplifying lives and consulting homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes.
• Consult homeowners on their smart home possibilities.
• Represent DISH with professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work at heights, lift over 70 lbs, and work in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.
