Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Services Lead to join our team. As the Member Experience Lead (MEL), you will play a key role in creating an uplifting and inclusive environment for our members and guests. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring an exceptional brand experience, and driving results for the club. This position offers a competitive hourly salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a welcoming and non-intimidating experience for guests and members.
  • Recruit, hire, and train Member Experience Specialists (MES) team members.
  • Lead by example in promoting the REVIVE sales and maintaining the club's equipment and facilities.
  • Support the General Manager by forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team to recognize success and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate, motivate, and inspire the team to understand and develop passion for the brand and our approach.
