Job Description

The Guest Experience Lead at VASA Fitness plays a crucial role in creating an uplifting and inclusive environment for members and guests. This position is responsible for leading by example, coaching Member Experience Specialists, and ensuring an exceptional guest-to-member journey. Responsibilities

  • Ensure an uplifting and non-intimidating experience for guests and members
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of Member Experience Specialists
  • Promote REVIVE sales and maintain club facilities and equipment
  • Support the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews
  • Provide coaching and feedback to inspire the team and drive positive change
