Guest Experience Coordinator

As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests by creating personal connections, ensuring cleanliness, and offering assistance. The role also includes selling memberships, driving upgrades, and conducting club tours to showcase our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with Guests and Members.
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, and help members upgrade.
• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest and member needs and providing accurate information and support.
• Share member feedback with leadership to further improve the guest and member experience.
