We are seeking a Galley/Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at City Cruises DC. As a Galley Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the back-of-the-house cruise operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. - Manage kitchen staff to ensure compliance with procedures and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and scheduling of kitchen staff.
- Resolve guest service issues and maintain high standards of sanitation.
- Collaborate with management on staff development and incentive programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
- Previous kitchen staff management experience preferred.
- ServSafe Certified.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
