Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company's strategy and values to promote teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide training for staff development.
• Manage store budget, payroll, and inventory levels.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide product feedback.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding and application of company policies.
• Experience in goal setting, budget management, and personnel supervision.
• Proficiency in operating retail equipment and cash registers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
