Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your excellent customer service skills and teamwork will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks following ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, support team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist with inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold data security.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Meet local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
