Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and process customer purchases.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
