Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Conduct store inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience desirable
