Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
