Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
