Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, processing purchases, and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth in-store experience and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions and monitoring inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
