Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash policies.
- Follow company procedures and uphold security measures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
