Job Description
We are currently seeking a vibrant and motivated Flow Yoga Instructor to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Studio FLOW Instructor, you will provide an exceptional and aspirational yoga experience to all Studio FLOW members, embodying our UPLIFT core values and fostering a supportive community.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify and bring to life our guiding principles, promoting our UPLIFT core values.
- Connect with members by recommending relevant VASA fitness products and amenities that meet their needs.
- Provide unique and inclusive instruction tailored to individual fitness abilities and experience.
- Bring a unique personality to complement the Studio Flow class formats.
- Ensure punctuality and preparedness, welcoming members and maintaining a clean and bright environment.
- Safely and accurately demonstrate yoga postures/positions and actively monitor members in class.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
- Actively invite and encourage non-Studio members to attend Studio Flow classes.
