Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Service and repair designated equipment according to Canon standards.
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with accurate documentation.
- Provide efficient and responsive maintenance support to meet customer demands.
- Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property diligently.
Requirements
- General or vocational training with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
- Associate's degree in electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Direct experience as a field technician.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance standards for technical quality and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
