Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups.
- Provide responsive and accurate on-site maintenance to exceed customer demands.
- Maintain technical information, service reports, and Canon property.
- Offer assistance and guidance to less experienced technicians.
- Resolve escalated technical and customer service-related issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.
