As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management with accurate documentation.
- Provide responsive maintenance services both on-site and in-shop to meet customer demands.
- Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property diligently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and performance maintenance.
- Contribute to achieving branch/district metric targets.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
